Job Title: IT Administrator
Location: Wood Couture – Sri Lanka Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing the Sri Lanka office’s IT infrastructure, user accounts, systems support, and security while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
User Account Management: Configure/manage Office 365 accounts, onboarding, deactivation, permissions, and access (email, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Policies & Training: Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and deliver user training.
Collaboration Tools: Administer Microsoft 365 services, OneDrive, and SharePoint; ensure access and data integrity.
Systems & Infrastructure: Support PABX, biometric attendance, ERP system, and branch IT remotely; maintain PCs, laptops, servers, routers, and networks.
Security & Surveillance: Manage CCTV systems and implement IT security measures (firewalls, encryption). Procurement & Vendors: Handle IT procurement and vendor coordination.
Helpdesk Support: Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve escalations to minimize downtime.
ERP Development Support: Assist the ERP development team with system testing and preparation of QC reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of IT administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and IT security.
Experience with ERP support, CCTV, and biometric systems preferred.
Good communication in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
