Purpose:
You will perform a variety of competitive estimation and coordinating activities for bids and proposals to Clients. You will support the management of all new projects and will be responsible for creating a proposal, tracking the costs of a project, understanding client specifications, and proposing a BOQ/final quote for a project.

Responsibilities:

Review and complete bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.· Collaborate with owners to determine optimal price points for proposals and conduct price-to-win analysis; ensure proposal pricing meets profitability rates/targets set by the organization.

· Collaborate with business development, project managers, finance and other staff to ensure that all contract pricing activities comply with company requirements and policies.· Identify areas of improvements and optimization of pricing performance from a sales, marketing, and communication perspective.

· Preparing proposal documents, assessing risk and opportunity, negotiating competitive prices.· Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation· Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

· Analyzing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company’s productivity rates).· Assessing the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project.· Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labor, and equipment.

· Ensuring best practice in the tendering process and practices within the company.· All other relevant tasks from time to time

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a pricing or related role, preferably in the manufacturing or hospitality industry.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PDF Editing Programs.
· Familiarity with Interior Designer Specifications (preferred)
· Experience in working with BOQ is a must.
· Ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures. ensuring on-time submittals.
