Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager FF&E with a strong background in fit-out and interior contracting, to lead and deliver multiple high-end furniture projects. The ideal candidate should have international experience, a proven track record in the FF&E field, and must have managed at least 3 full project cycles successfully.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop comprehensive FF&E project plans with defined scopes, timelines, and budgets
•Manage end-to-end procurement and supplier coordination
•Liaise with interior designers, contractors, developers, and factory teams
•Ensure timely and quality installation of FF&E as per design specifications
•Conduct regular inspections and maintain adherence to quality standards
•Manage all project documentation, reporting, and client correspondence
•Ensure compliance with safety, building, and hospitality industry standards
•Evaluate project success and lead continuous improvement initiatives
•Prepare required documents and drawings and maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare efficient work schedule.
•Coordinate all incoming logistics planning with suppliers, as applicable.
•Assist with shipping and receiving functions with order fulfilment and verifying material received against purchase order.
•Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials
Requirements
•Minimum 3 successful FF&E project completions (references required)
•Experience in furniture, fit-out, or interior design project management
•Knowledge of design-oriented procurement and FF&E industry standards
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•Skilled in Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
•Ability to collaborate across international teams and timelines
